Narada Purana — Purva Bhaga, Shloka 81

Mahāviṣṇu-Mantras: Aṣṭākṣarī, Sudarśana-Astra, Nyāsa Systems, Āvaraṇa-Pūjā, and Prayogas

तत्त्वे नाम समुञ्चर्य्य न्यसेन्मूर्द्धादिषु क्रमात् । पूर्वोक्तं ध्यानमत्रापि भानुलक्षजपो मनोः ॥ ८१ ॥

tattve nāma samuñcaryya nyasenmūrddhādiṣu kramāt | pūrvoktaṃ dhyānamatrāpi bhānulakṣajapo manoḥ || 81 ||

Dengan menghimpun Nama Ilahi ke dalam tattva-nya, lakukan nyāsa pada kepala dan anggota lainnya secara berurutan. Di sini pun jalankan meditasi yang telah disebutkan, serta japa mantra seratus ribu kali.
