Vrata: none
Primary Rasa: shanta
Secondary Rasa: adbhuta
It highlights Vedāṅga-Jyotiṣa as a disciplined means of reading karmic indications—showing how celestial configurations correspond to embodied tendencies—so that one may cultivate discernment and live in alignment with dharma.
This verse is primarily technical (Jyotiṣa) rather than devotional; indirectly, it supports bhakti by encouraging self-knowledge and right conduct, which stabilize the mind for worship and remembrance of the Lord.
