त्रिलग्नभवगैःशेषैर्धराधीशः प्रजायते । सौम्ये वीर्ययुतेंऽगस्थे बलाढ्येशुभगे शुभे ॥ १८१ ॥

Transliteration

trilagnabhavagaiḥśeṣairdharādhīśaḥ prajāyate | saumye vīryayuteṃ'gasthe balāḍhyeśubhage śubhe || 181 ||

Translation

Ketika faktor-faktor baik yang tersisa terbentuk melalui tiga lagna dan bhāva, dan planet penanda bersifat benefik, bertenaga, berada pada tempatnya, kuat, bergerak baik, serta mendapat aspek yang baik—maka lahirlah penguasa bumi (raja).
