Jyotiṣa-saṅgraha: Varga-vibhāga, Bala-nirṇaya, Garbha-phala, Āyuḥ-gaṇanā
चरे सन्मध्यदुष्टाभ्यामंगभंगे विपर्ययात् । स्थिरे नेष्टष्टमध्या च होरायास्त्र्यं शकैः फलम् ॥ १४९ ॥
care sanmadhyaduṣṭābhyāmaṃgabhaṃge viparyayāt | sthire neṣṭaṣṭamadhyā ca horāyāstryaṃ śakaiḥ phalam || 149 ||
Dalam rasi bergerak, hasil horā dinyatakan sebagai baik, sedang, atau buruk; namun dalam perkara cedera tubuh, tanda-tandanya harus dipahami terbalik. Dalam rasi tetap, hasilnya dianggap tidak menguntungkan, terutama bila terkait dengan tempat kedelapan dan tengah. Demikianlah tiga macam hasil horā diajarkan oleh para Śaka.
