Even in a technical Jyotisha context, the verse points to upāsanā (worship) as the means to transform results; devotion becomes the practical tool for harmonizing one’s experiences with divine order.
Jyotiṣa Vedāṅga: it refers to dividing a graha-bhukti (planetary period) into fractional components (kalā-ādi) and applying graha-ārādhana/graha-śānti to purify the predicted effects.
