योगस्वरूप-धारणा-समाधि-वर्णनम् (केशिध्वजोपदेशः)
एते यमाश्च नियमाः पञ्च पञ्चप्रकीर्तिताः । विशिष्टफलदाः काम्या निष्कामानां विमुक्तिदाः ॥ १४ ॥
ete yamāśca niyamāḥ pañca pañcaprakīrtitāḥ | viśiṣṭaphaladāḥ kāmyā niṣkāmānāṃ vimuktidāḥ || 14 ||
Demikianlah yama dan niyama dinyatakan—lima dan lima. Bila dijalankan dengan hasrat, mereka memberi hasil khusus yang diinginkan; namun bagi yang tanpa pamrih, mereka menganugerahkan pembebasan.
