Adhyaya 91 — The Gods’ Hymn to Kātyāyanī and the Goddess’ Prophecy of Future Manifestations
विद्याः समास्तास्तव देवि भेदाः स्त्रियः समास्ताः सकला जगत्सु ।
त्वयैकया पूरितमम्बयैतत्का ते स्तुतिः स्तव्यपरा परोक्तिः ॥
vidyāḥ samastās tava devi bhedāḥ striyaḥ samastāḥ sakalā jagatsu | tvayaikayā pūritam ambayaitat kā te stutiḥ stavyaparā paroktiḥ ||
Wahai Dewi, segala cabang pengetahuan adalah wujud-Mu; dan semua perempuan di semua alam pun adalah wujud-Mu. Wahai Ibu, oleh-Mu semesta ini seluruhnya meresap. Pujian apakah yang dapat memadai—kata-kata mana sanggup memuji Dia yang layak dipuji?

Knowledge is sacred and should be pursued and used responsibly; additionally, the identification of all women with Devī implies an ethical mandate of dignity, protection, and non-exploitation.
Not a genealogical/manvantara passage; it is stuti. Conceptually it supports the purāṇic aim of dharma by grounding social ethics (respect) in theology (Devī’s immanence).
Vidyā is Devī’s revealing power: she both manifests as knowledge and remains beyond complete capture by speech—hence the confession that praise cannot fully contain her.
