एकं जग्राह केशेषु ग्रीवायामथ चापरम् ।
पादेनाक्रम्य चैवान्यमुरसाऽन्यमपोथयत् ॥
ekaṃ jagrāha keśeṣu grīvāyām atha cāparam /
pādenākramya caivānyam urasānyam apothayat
