Adhyaya 71The King’s Remorse and the Sage’s Counsel on the Necessity of a Wife

तन्मुहूर्तेऽभवच्चन्द्रस्तस्याः सोमसुतस्तथा ।

परस्परविपक्षौ तौ ततः पार्थिव ! ते भृशम् ॥

tanmuhūrte ’bhavac candras tasyāḥ somasutas tathā | parasparavipakṣau tau tataḥ pārthiva! te bhṛśam ||

Pada saat itu juga Bulan (Soma) muncul, dan demikian pula putranya—putra Soma pun lahir. Setelah itu, wahai raja, keduanya menjadi musuh yang sangat ganas satu sama lain.
