Adhyaya 51 — Yaksha Injunctions: Graha-Children and Female Spirits Causing Domestic and Ritual Disruptions
तेनात्मरक्षणायालं शान्तिं कुर्याद्विजोत्तम ।
गेहे प्रसूतिर् एतेषां तद्वन् नीडनिवेशनम् ॥
tenātma-rakṣaṇāyālaṃ śāntiṃ kuryād dvijottama | gehe prasūtir eteṣāṃ tadvan nīḍa-niveśanam ||
Oleh karena itu, demi melindungi diri sendiri, seseorang harus melakukan upacara penyucian (shanti), wahai Brahmana terbaik. Demikian pula tidak menguntungkan jika makhluk-makhluk ini melahirkan di dalam rumah atau membuat sarang di sana.
