तस्मादुत्पन्नबोधस्य वेदैः किं मे प्रयोजनम् ।
गुरुविज्ञानतृप्तस्य निरीहस्य सदात्मनः ॥
tasmād utpanna-bodhasya vedaiḥ kiṃ me prayojanam /
guru-vijñāna-tṛptasya nirīhasya sad-ātmanaḥ
Karena itu, bagiku—yang telah bangkit kesadarannya—apa guna Veda? Aku puas dengan pengetahuan sang guru, tanpa hasrat, dan senantiasa teguh dalam Diri Sejati (Ātman).
