अयं पुनर्मत्तगजेन्द्रगामी प्रतप्तचामीकरशुद्धगौर: पृथ्वायतांसो गुरुदीर्घबाहु- वैकोदर: पश्यत पश्यतैनम्,और ये जो मतवाले गजराजकी भाँति मस्तानी चालसे चलनेवाले हैं, तपाये हुए सुवर्णके समान जिनका विशुद्ध गौर शरीर है, जिनके कंधे मोटे और चौड़े हैं तथा भुजाएँ बड़ी-बड़ी और भारी हैं, ये ही भीमसेन हैं। इन्हें अच्छी तरह देखिये
