Draupadī’s Lament and Indictment of Misfortune
तत् कर्म कृतवानद्य कथं निद्रां निषेवसे । वहाँ पहुँचते ही सैरन्ध्री बोली--आर्यपुत्र! मुझसे द्वेष रखनेवाले उस महापापी सेनापतिके
tat karma kṛtavān adya kathaṃ nidrāṃ niṣevase |
Begitu tiba di sana, Sairandhrī berkata: “Wahai āryaputra! Panglima besar yang maha durjana itu—yang memendam kebencian kepadaku dan telah memperlakukanku dengan penghinaan—masih hidup; setelah melakukan perbuatan itu hari ini, bagaimana engkau masih dapat menyerahkan diri pada tidur?”
