सा सम दासीशतवृता मध्ये कन्याशतस्य च । आस्ते तेजस्विनी कन्या रोहिणीव दिवि प्रभा,सौ दासियों और सौ कन्याओंके बीचमें वह तेजस्विनी कन्या आकाशमें सूर्यकी प्रभा तथा नक्षत्रोंमें रोहिणीके समान सुशोभित होती थी
sā śatadāsīvṛtā madhye kanyāśatasya ca | āste tejasvinī kanyā rohiṇīva divi prabhā ||
Dikelilingi seratus dayang dan berada di tengah seratus gadis, sang putri yang bercahaya itu tampak bersinar—laksana terang di langit, laksana Rohiṇī di antara bintang-bintang.
