Nala’s Reception and Reconciliation
विमुच्य मां गत: पापस्ततो5हमिह चागत: । त्वदर्थ विपुलश्रोणि न हि मेडन्यत् प्रयोजनम्,'सुन्दरी! पापी कलियुग मुझे छोड़कर चला गया, इसीसे मैं तुम्हारी प्राप्तिका उद्देश्य लेकर यहाँ आया हूँ। इसके सिवा, मेरे आगमनका दूसरा कोई प्रयोजन नहीं है
vimucya māṁ gataḥ pāpastato ’ham iha cāgataḥ | tvadarthaṁ vipulaśroṇi na hi me ’d anyat prayojanam ||
Wahai jelita berpinggul lebar, si durjana itu (Kali-yuga) telah melepaskanku lalu pergi; sebab itu aku datang ke sini. Aku datang semata-mata demi engkau—tiada tujuan lain bagiku.
