प्रहरस्व शरानेतान् नाराचान् मर्मभेदिन: । तब किरातने प्रसन्नचित्तसे अर्जुनके छोड़े हुए सभी बाणोंको पकड़ लिया और कहा --“ओ मूर्ख! और बाण मार और बाण मार, इन मर्मभेदी नाराचोंका प्रहार कर' || ३३ $ || इत्युक्तो बाणवर्ष स मुमोच सहसार्जुन:,उसके ऐसा कहनेपर अर्जुनने सहसा बाणोंकी झड़ी लगा दी

Kata Kirāta, “Hantamkanlah panah-panah ini—nārāca yang menembus titik-titik vital.” Mendengar tantangan itu, Arjuna seketika melepaskan hujan anak panah.
