Bhīmasena’s Discourse on Kāla, Resolve, and the Feasibility of Ajñātavāsa (भीमसेनस्य कालोपदेशः)

Educational Q&A

Deliberation should be brief but thorough: once the right course (itikṛtyatā) is ascertained, a leader should speak and act promptly, avoiding hesitation and needless digression.

Vaiśampāyana narrates that Yudhiṣṭhira pauses to reflect, reaches a firm decision about what must be done, and then immediately addresses Bhīma, preparing to set a course of action.
