अनादृत्य तु तद्‌ वाक्यं नकुलः सुपिपासितः । अपिबच्छीतलं तोय॑ं पीत्वा च निपपात ह,नकुलकी प्यास बहुत बढ़ गयी थी। उन्होंने यक्षेके कथनकी अवहेलना करके वहाँका शीतल जल पी लिया। पीते ही वे अचेत होकर गिर पड़े

Transliteration

anādṛtya tu tad vākyaṃ nakulaḥ supipāsitaḥ | apibac chītalaṃ toyaṃ pītvā ca nipapāta ha ||

Translation

Namun Nakula, yang sangat kehausan, mengabaikan kata-kata itu. Ia meminum air yang sejuk; begitu selesai minum, ia pun roboh tak sadarkan diri.
