सूर्य उवाच भविष्यति महाबाहु: कुण्डली दिव्यवर्मभृत् | उभयं चामृतमयं तस्य भद्रे भविष्यति,सूर्यने कहा--भद्रे! तुम्हारा पुत्र महाबाहु, कुण्डल-धारी तथा दिव्य कवच धारण करनेवाला होगा। उसके कुण्डल और कवच दोनों अमृतमय होंगे
sūrya uvāca | bhaviṣyati mahābāhuḥ kuṇḍalī divyavarmabhṛt | ubhayaṃ cāmṛtamayaṃ tasya bhadre bhaviṣyati ||
Sūrya berkata: “Wahai wanita yang mulia, putramu akan berlengan perkasa, mengenakan anting, dan mengenakan zirah ilahi. Anting dan zirahnya keduanya akan bersifat amerta—tak tersentuh maut.”

Divine gifts and destiny can confer extraordinary protection and status, yet they also foreshadow future moral tests: power and invulnerability are not themselves dharma, but instruments whose use will be judged by conduct.
Surya prophesies to the woman addressed as “bhadre” that her son will be a great warrior, distinguished by celestial earrings and a divine armor—both described as amṛtamaya, i.e., imperishable and life-protecting.
