कुन्तीगर्भगोपनम् तथा मञ्जूषाप्रवाहः

तान्‌ रामो जध्निवात्‌ सर्वान्‌ दिव्येनास्त्रेण राक्षसान्‌ अथ भूयो<5पि मायां स व्यदधाद्‌ राक्षसाधिप:,श्रीरामचन्द्रजीने अपने दिव्य अस्त्रके द्वारा उन सब राक्षसोंको नष्ट कर दिया। तब राक्षसराजने पुनः मायाकी सृष्टि की

tān rāmo jadhnivāt sarvān divyenāstreṇa rākṣasān | ath bhūyo 'pi māyāṃ sa vyadadhād rākṣasādhipaḥ ||

Rāma membinasakan semua rākṣasa itu dengan senjata ilahi. Namun penguasa para rākṣasa itu kembali merangkai pertunjukan māyā—menyambung tipu daya setelah ditundukkan oleh dharma.
