संसक्तो हर्म्यशिखरात् तस्मात् पुनरवापतत् | लड्घयित्वा पुरीं लड़॒कां सुवेलस्य समीपत:,छतपर चढ़े हुए अंगद फिर उस महलके कँगूरेसे कूद पड़े और लंकापुरीको लाँधकर सुवेलपर्वतके समीप आ पहुँचे
saṁsaktaḥ harmyaśikharāt tasmāt punar avāpatat | laṅghayitvā purīṁ laṅkāṁ suvelasya samīpataḥ ||
Mārkaṇḍeya berkata: Setelah mencapai puncak istana, ia kembali melompat turun dari ketinggian itu; melompati kota Laṅkā, ia tiba di dekat Gunung Suvela.
मार्कण्डेय उवाच
Heroic power is portrayed as meaningful when governed by purpose and restraint: extraordinary strength is not for vanity, but for accomplishing a rightful task with courage and composure.
