सूर्य–कर्णोपदेशः

Sūrya’s Counsel to Karṇa on Kīrti and the Kuṇḍala

7 जन ] ४! । (/9,|।। #//7+7) ९३४४ ।। प्रतिजग्राह समस्तं स्वागतेन महामना: । सुग्रीवस्य तु शड्काभूत्‌ प्रणिधि: स्यादिति सम ह,महामना श्रीरामने स्वागतपूर्वक उन्हें अपनाया। उस समय सुग्रीवके मनमें यह शंका हुई कि “कहीं यह शत्रुका कोई गुप्तचर न हो”

pratijagrāha samastaṃ svāgatena mahāmanāḥ | sugrīvasya tu śaṅkābhūt praṇidhiḥ syād iti saḥ ||

Yang berhati agung (Rāma) menyambut mereka semua dengan kata-kata selamat datang. Namun dalam benak Sugrīva timbul keraguan: “Jangan-jangan ia mata-mata musuh.”
