गच्छन्तीह सुसंतुष्टा धर्मपन्थानमुत्तमम्‌ । शिष्टाचारा महात्मानो येषां धर्म: सुनिश्चित:,जो सर्वत्र दया करते हैं, जिनके हृदयमें करुणाकी अनुभूति होती है, वे श्रेष्ठ पुरुष इस लोकमें अत्यन्त संतुष्ट रहकर धर्मके उत्तम पथपर चलते हैं। जिन्होंने धर्मको अपनाये रखनेका दृढ़ निश्चय कर लिया है, वे ही महात्मा सदाचारी हैं

Transliteration

gacchantīha susantuṣṭā dharmapanthānam uttamam | śiṣṭācārā mahātmāno yeṣāṃ dharmaḥ suniścitaḥ ||

Translation

Di dunia ini, para mahatma yang berdisiplin dalam laku dan teguh dalam dharma berjalan dengan kepuasan yang mendalam, menapaki jalan dharma yang tertinggi. Berwelas asih kepada semua makhluk, merekalah yang sungguh mulia—tak tergoyahkan dalam tekad menegakkan dharma.
