Transliteration

tathāstv iti ca tenokto munināmitatejasā | sa tam ādiśya tanayam uttadakāya mahātmane ||

Translation

Ketika resi yang bercahaya tak terukur itu berkata demikian, ia menjawab, “Demikianlah.” Lalu, setelah memberi perintah, ia menyerahkan putranya kepada Uttadaka yang berhati luhur. Peristiwa ini menegaskan pemindahan tanggung jawab menurut dharma: sang tua, setelah melepaskan senjata, mengesahkan langkah berikutnya melalui nasihat yang benar, bukan dengan kekuatan dirinya.
