पञ्चमहाभूतगुण-इन्द्रियनिग्रह-उपदेशः | Teaching on the Qualities of the Five Elements and Sense-Control
पुरुष शाश्व॒तं दिव्यं स्रष्टारं जगत: प्रभुम् । उत्तड़कने कहा--भगवन्! समस्त संसारकी सृष्टि करनेवाले दिव्य सनातन पुरुष आप सर्वशक्तिमान् श्रीहरिका जो मुझे दर्शन मिला, यही मेरे लिये सबसे महान् वर है
puruṣaḥ śāśvataṁ divyaṁ sraṣṭāraṁ jagataḥ prabhum |
Uttaḍaka berkata: “Wahai Bhagavān—Pribadi Ilahi yang kekal, Pencipta seluruh jagat dan Penguasa tertinggi—wahai Śrī Hari Yang Mahakuasa! Darśana-Mu yang kini kuperoleh inilah anugerah terbesar bagiku.”
उत्तड्ुक उवाच
The passage elevates darśana—direct vision of the Supreme Lord—as the highest blessing, implying that divine encounter and devotion surpass material requests and confer the greatest fulfillment.
Uttaṅka addresses the Supreme Lord (Hari/Viṣṇu) with reverence as the eternal, divine creator and ruler of the universe, declaring that having obtained the Lord’s vision is itself his greatest boon.
