संसिद्धयस्व महाबाहो कुरु कार्यमनन्तरम् | पश्य पुण्यकृताँललोकान् सशरीरो दिवं व्रज,“महाबाहो! तुम उनसे मिलकर कृतार्थ होओ और अब आवश्यक कार्य करो। इसी शरीरसे देवलोकमें चलो तथा पुण्यात्मा पुरुषोंके लोकोंका दर्शन करो
saṃsiddhyasva mahābāho kuru kāryam anantaram | paśya puṇyakṛtāṃl lokān saśarīro divaṃ vraja ||
“Wahai yang berlengan perkasa, temuilah mereka dan capailah tujuanmu; lalu tanpa menunda, laksanakan tugas yang harus dilakukan. Naiklah ke surga dengan tubuh ini juga, dan saksikan alam-alam yang dicapai oleh para pelaku kebajikan.”
अजुन उवाच
The verse emphasizes prompt fulfillment of one’s duty (kārya) and points to the ethical logic of karma: meritorious action (puṇya) leads to higher realms, which are worthy of contemplation as a moral incentive and as confirmation of dharma’s fruits.
Arjuna addresses a heroic figure as “mahābāhu,” urging him to meet certain persons to become fulfilled, then to proceed immediately to the next required task, and finally to ascend to heaven in the same body to witness the realms attained by the virtuous.
