त्वमेव शक्तस्तां लड़कां सयोधां सहवाहनाम्‌ | स्वबाहुबलमाश्रित्य विनाशयितुमज्जसा,“आप तो अकेले ही अपने बाहुबलका आश्रय लेकर योद्धाओं और वाहनोंसहित समूची लंकाको अनायास नष्ट कर सकते थे

vaishampāyana uvāca | tvam eva śaktas tāṃ laṅkāṃ sayodhāṃ sahavāhanām | svabāhubalam āśritya vināśayitum ajjasā ||

Engkau seorang diri—bersandar pada kekuatan lenganmu sendiri—mampu dengan cepat membinasakan seluruh Laṅkā, beserta para ksatria dan kendaraan-kendaraan mereka.
