Wahai Raja, seluruh rakyat pun pergi, kembali sebagaimana mereka datang. Para dewa, bersama Bhagawan Viṣṇu, lalu mendatangi Pitāmaha Brahmā.

The verse underscores orderly conduct and the maintenance of dharma: the public disperses peacefully after the occasion, while higher authorities (the gods with Viṣṇu) seek guidance from Brahmā, suggesting that complex matters should be referred to the proper level of counsel rather than forced through disorder.
After an assembly or event concludes, the people return home. The devas, accompanied by Viṣṇu, proceed to Brahmā (Pitāmaha), indicating a shift from the human scene to a divine consultation.
