भीष्मद्रोणयोर्दुर्योधनं प्रति शमोपदेशः | Bhīṣma and Droṇa’s Counsel of Conciliation to Duryodhana
दशाहईकुलनन्दन श्रीकृष्ण! आकाशवाणीने जैसा कहा है, वैसा ही हो, यही मेरी भी इच्छा है। वृष्णिनन्दन! यदि धर्मकी सत्ता है तो वह सब उसी रूपमें सत्य होगा ।।
tvaṃ cāpi tat tathā kṛṣṇa sarvaṃ sampādayiṣyasi | nāhaṃ tad abhyasūyāmi yathā vāg abhyabhāṣata ||
Dan engkau pun, wahai Kṛṣṇa, akan menuntaskan semuanya tepat seperti yang telah dinyatakan. Aku tidak melihat cela sedikit pun pada itu, sebab suara langit telah berbicara demikian; bila dharma sungguh berdaulat di dunia, maka kata-kata itu akan terbukti benar dalam bentuk yang sama.
