ईश्वरो हि जगत्स्रष्टा प्रभुनोातियणो विराट्‌

Transliteration

īśvaro hi jagatsraṣṭā prabhur nārāyaṇo virāṭ

Translation

Waiśaṃpāyana berkata: Sesungguhnya Tuhan—Nārāyaṇa, Virāṭ yang meliputi segalanya—adalah pencipta jagat raya dan penguasa tertinggi. Pada kehendak-Nya tatanan kosmos berdiri; maka hidup ber-dharma selaras dengan pemerintahan Sang Pencipta.
