Divine grace follows genuine satisfaction of the Lord’s heart—earned through devotion and dharmic alignment—and can remove even a curse; ethical life and bhakti are presented as forces that transform one’s fate.
Bhīṣma reassures the listener that the revered figure (implied as a powerful, pleased Lord) is capable of granting release from a curse, emphasizing the possibility of restoration through divine favor.
