द्रोणानीकाभिमुखगमनम्
Abhimanyu advances toward Droṇa’s host
तदद्भुतमपश्याम द्रोणस्य भुजयोब्बलम् | यदेनं नाभ्यवर्तन्त पज्चाला: सृजजयै: सह,उस समय हमलोगोंने द्रोणाचार्यकी भुजाओंका वह अद्भुत बल देखा, जिससे कि सूंजयोंसहित सम्पूर्ण पांचालवीर उनके सामने टिक न सके
tad adbhutam apaśyāma droṇasya bhujayor balam | yad enaṃ nābhyavartanta pāñcālāḥ sṛñjayaiḥ saha ||
Saat itu kami menyaksikan kekuatan menakjubkan pada kedua lengan Droṇa; demikian dahsyatnya hingga para kesatria Pāñcāla, bahkan bersama Sṛñjaya, tak mampu bertahan di hadapannya ataupun berbalik untuk menghadapinya.
