sañjaya uvāca | dvitīyām iva samprāptām amanyanta niśāṃ tadā |

Translation

Saat itu, gumpalan gelap yang pekat dan mengerikan—laksana awan dari debu—bergulung-gulung datang dan menyelimuti segalanya; maka orang-orang mengira seakan malam kedua telah tiba.
