आरम्भाच्चैव युद्धानां यदेष कृतवान् प्रभो । मदर्थे दुष्करं कर्म कृतं तेन महाहवे,'प्रभो! युद्धके आरम्भसे ही इसने मेरा बहुत सहयोग किया है, इसने महायुद्धमें मेरे लिये दुष्कर कर्म कर दिखाया है
ārambhāc caiva yuddhānāṁ yad eṣa kṛtavān prabho | madarthe duṣkaraṁ karma kṛtaṁ tena mahāhave ||
Sañjaya berkata: “Wahai tuanku, sejak awal pertempuran ia telah banyak menolongku. Dalam perang besar ini, demi diriku, ia menuntaskan suatu perbuatan yang amat sukar.”
