तादृग्‌ रूप॑ कृतमिदं मम कार्य सुद्दत्तमै: । मोहाल्लुब्धस्य पापस्य जिद्दास्य धनमीहत:,मेरे परम सुह्ृद्‌ कहलानेवालोंने मोहवश धन (राज्य) चाहनेवाले मुझ लोभी, पापी और कुटिलके इस कार्यको उसी प्रकार चौपट कर दिया है

Transliteration

tādṛg rūpaṃ kṛtam idaṃ mama kāryaṃ sudurmatibhiḥ | mohāl lubdhasya pāpasya jihīrṣoḥ dhanam īhataḥ ||

Translation

Demikian pula, orang-orang berakal sesat yang menyebut diri mereka sahabat-sahabat terdekatku, karena delusi, telah menghancurkan usahaku—aku yang tamak, berdosa, dan penuh siasat—yang bernafsu merebut harta dan kedaulatan.
