द्रोणस्तु सत्वरो राजन क्षिप्तो भीमेन संयुगे । रथमन्यं समारुहा व्यूहद्वारं ययौ पुन:,राजन! उस युद्धस्थलमें भीमसेनद्वारा फेंके गये आचार्य द्रोण तुरंत ही दूसरे रथपर आरूढ़ हो पुनः व्यूहके द्वारपर जा पहुँचे
droṇas tu satvaro rājan kṣipto bhīmena saṁyuge | ratham anyaṁ samāruhya vyūhadvāraṁ yayau punaḥ ||
Wahai Raja, meski terhempas oleh lemparan Bhima di medan laga, Drona segera pulih, naik ke kereta lain, lalu kembali menuju pintu formasi perang.
