नारदेन धृतराष्ट्रगतिवर्णनम् | Nārada’s Account of Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Future Course
बृहस्पतिर्वा देवेषु शुक्रो वाप्पसुरेषु च | न तथा बुद्धिसम्पन्नो यथा स पुरुषर्षभ:,“देवताओंमें बृहस्पति और असुरोंमें शुक्राचार्य भी वैसे बुद्धिमान नहीं हैं, जैसे पुरुषप्रवर विदुर थे
bṛhaspatir vā deveṣu śukro vā asureṣu ca | na tathā buddhisampanno yathā sa puruṣarṣabhaḥ ||
Bahkan Bṛhaspati di antara para dewa, atau Śukra di antara para asura, tidaklah setara dalam kebijaksanaan dengan sang unggul di antara manusia itu—Vidura.
