Pitṛ-śrāddha-haviḥ-phala-nirdeśa
Offerings for Ancestors and Their Stated Results
इस प्रकार श्रीमह्ाभारत अनुशासनपर्वके अन्तर्गत दानधर्मपर्वमें सुवर्णकी उत्पत्ति नामक चौरासीवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ ॥/ ८४ ॥। अपना छा | अफड--क+ पञ्चाशीतितमोब<् ध्याय: ब्रह्माजीका देवताओंको आश्वासन
deva ūcuḥ |
asuras tārako nāma tvayā dattavaraḥ prabho |
surān ṛṣīṃś ca kliśnāti vadhās tasya vidhīyatām ||
Para dewa berkata: “Wahai Tuhan, ada asura bernama Tāraka yang telah Engkau anugerahi karunia. Kini ia menyiksa para dewa dan para resi. Karena itu, tetapkanlah pembunuhannya.”
