Pūjya-namaskārya-prakaraṇa
On Those Worthy of Honor and Salutation
ब्राह्मण: कुरुते तद्धि यथा यद् यच्च वाउछति । वद्दीस्तु संविशन् योनीर्जायमान: पुन: पुन:
brāhmaṇaḥ kurute taddhi yathā yad yac ca vā icchati | vaddhīs tu saṁviśan yonīr jāyamānaḥ punaḥ punaḥ ||
Seorang brāhmaṇa sungguh mewujudkan hasil itu juga—apa pun dan bagaimana pun yang ia kehendaki. Tetapi orang yang terbelenggu (oleh akibat perbuatan) memasuki rahim demi rahim, terlahir kembali berulang-ulang.
