न भयेभ्यो भयं तस्य न पापेभ्यो न राजतः । आ देहपतनाद् गड़ामुपास्ते यः: पुमानिह,जो पुरुष यहाँ जीवनपर्यन्त गंगाजीकी उपासना करता है उसे भयदायक वस्तुओंसे, पापोंसे तथा राजासे भी भय नहीं होता
na bhayebhyo bhayaṁ tasya na pāpebhyo na rājataḥ | ā deha-patanād gaṅgām upāste yaḥ pumān iha ||
Orang yang di dunia ini memuja Gaṅgā hingga tubuhnya runtuh (hingga ajal), tidak dikuasai rasa takut—baik terhadap hal-hal yang menakutkan, terhadap dosa, maupun terhadap raja.
