Umā’s Inquiry and the Manifestation of the Third Eye (उमा–प्रश्नः तृतीयनेत्रोत्पत्तिः)
कुट॒म्बार्थे समानीतं यर्त्किंचित् कार्यमेव तु । प्रातरुत्थाय तत्सर्व कारयामि करोमि च,'सारे कुट॒म्बके लिये जो कुछ कार्य आ पड़ता, वह सब मैं सबेरे ही उठकर कर-करा लेती थी
kuṭambārthe samānītaṃ yat kiṃcit kāryam eva tu | prātar utthāya tat sarvaṃ kārayāmi karomi ca ||
Tugas apa pun, sekecil apa pun, yang timbul demi kepentingan rumah tangga, aku bangun pagi dan menanganinya seluruhnya—ada yang kuurus agar dikerjakan, dan ada pula yang kukerjakan sendiri.
