सदा द्वादशमासान्‌ वै जुह्मानो जातवेदसम्‌ | स्थानं वारुणमैन्द्रं च रौद्रं वाप्पधिगच्छति

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | sadā dvādaśa-māsān vai juhvāno jātavedasam | sthānaṃ vāruṇam aindraṃ ca raudraṃ vāpy adhigacchati ||

Translation

Ia yang selama dua belas bulan terus-menerus mempersembahkan oblation ke Jātavedas (api suci), mencapai kediaman Varuṇa, Indra, dan Rudra.
