Duḥṣanta–Śakuntalā: Gandharva Marriage and Succession Condition
जनमेजय उवाच ज्येष्ठानुज्येष्ठतामेषां नामधेयानि वा विभो । धृतराष्ट्रस्य पुत्राणामानुपूर्व्येण कीर्तय,जनमेजयने कहा--प्रभो! धृतराष्ट्रके जो सौ पुत्र थे, उनके नाम मुझे बड़े-छोटेके क्रमसे एक-एक करके बताइये
janamejaya uvāca | jyeṣṭhānujyeṣṭhatām eṣāṁ nāmadheyāni vā vibho | dhṛtarāṣṭrasya putrāṇām ānupūrvyeṇa kīrtaya ||
Janamejaya berkata: “Wahai yang mulia, sebutkanlah satu per satu, menurut urutan yang tepat, nama-nama putra Dhṛtarāṣṭra—siapa yang sulung dan siapa yang bungsu.”
