Garuḍa–Śakra Saṃvāda and the Retrieval of Amṛta (गरुड–शक्र संवादः अमृत-अपहरण-प्रसङ्गः)
अतिदैवं तु तत् तस्य कर्म दृष्टवा महर्षय: । विस्मयोत्कम्पह्दया नाम चक्रुर्महाखगे
atidaivaṁ tu tat tasya karma dṛṣṭvā maharṣayaḥ | vismayotkampahṛdayā nāma cakrur mahākhage ||
Menyaksikan perbuatan Garuḍa itu—begitu luar biasa hingga seakan melampaui kemampuan para dewa—para mahāṛṣi pun tertegun dalam takjub. Hati mereka bergetar oleh rasa heran, lalu mereka menganugerahkan sebuah nama kepada burung perkasa itu, menandainya dengan kebesaran tindakannya.
