तुतोष तस्य नृपते मुनेरमिततेजस: । उवाच चैन प्रीतात्मा किमिष्टं करवाणि ते
tutoṣa tasya nṛpate muner amitatejasaḥ | uvāca cainaṃ prītātmā kim iṣṭaṃ karavāṇi te ||
Vaiśampāyana berkata: “Wahai Raja, oleh pujian sang resi yang bercahaya tanpa batas itu, Dewa Api menjadi sangat puas. Dengan hati gembira ia berkata kepadanya: ‘Keinginan apakah yang harus kulakukan bagimu?’”
वैशम्पायन उवाच
