भुवनकोशविन्यासनिर्णयः (ज्योतिर्गति-वृष्टिचक्र-वर्णनम्)

धरापृष्ठाद्द्विजाः क्ष्मायां विद्युद्गुणसमन्विताः तेषां तेषां वृष्टिसर्गं त्रेधा कथितमत्र तु

Transliteration

dharāpṛṣṭhāddvijāḥ kṣmāyāṃ vidyudguṇasamanvitāḥ teṣāṃ teṣāṃ vṛṣṭisargaṃ tredhā kathitamatra tu

Translation

Dari permukaan bumi, kekuatan-kekuatan ‘dvija’ muncul di tanah, berhiaskan sifat kilat. Di sini, pancaran penciptaan hujan bagi masing-masing diajarkan sebagai tiga macam—di bawah kendali Pati (Śiva), agar para paśu (makhluk berjiwa) tetap terpelihara.
