Demikianlah di dunia ini ada sembilan wilayah besar (varṣa) yang terbagi menurut bagiannya masing-masing. Agnīdhra menobatkan putra-putranya di wilayah-wilayah itu, menegakkan mereka dalam kewenangan yang sah.
