अनागतेषु तद्वच्च तर्कः कार्यो विजानता मन्वन्तरेषु सर्वेषु अतीतानागतेष्विह
anāgateṣu tadvacca tarkaḥ kāryo vijānatā manvantareṣu sarveṣu atītānāgateṣviha
Dalam Manvantara yang akan datang pun, orang bijaksana hendaknya memakai penalaran yang sama. Sebab pada semua Manvantara—yang lampau dan yang akan datang—hakikat dipahami melalui perenungan dan telaah batin.

It teaches that the principles guiding Linga devotion and Shiva-tattva are not confined to one age; the same discerning inquiry applies across all cosmic cycles, strengthening steady (niṣṭhā) worship of Pati beyond changing outer forms.
By asserting continuity across past and future manvantaras, it implies Shiva’s status as the unchanging Pati—ever the same reality—while worlds and orders change; thus Shiva-tattva is timeless and knowable through right discernment.
It highlights jñāna-yukta sādhanā—using tarka (reflective discrimination) as an aid to Pashupata-oriented understanding, so practice is guided by insight rather than mere custom.
