Adhyaya 10
मासोपवासैश्चान्यैर्वा भक्तिर्मुनिवरोत्तमाः अभक्ता भगवत्यस्मिंल् लोके गिरिगुहाशये
māsopavāsaiścānyairvā bhaktirmunivarottamāḥ abhaktā bhagavatyasmiṃl loke giriguhāśaye
Wahai para resi utama, melalui puasa sebulan penuh maupun laku tapa lainnya, bhakti dapat tumbuh; namun di dunia ini, mereka yang tanpa bhakti kepada Bhagavan Śiva, Sang penghuni gunung dan gua, tetap tidak memiliki bhakti sejati.
