भूतानां प्रियकारी स्यात् न परद्रोहकर्मधीः / न वेददेवतानिन्दां कुर्यात् तैश्च न संवसेत्
bhūtānāṃ priyakārī syāt na paradrohakarmadhīḥ / na vedadevatānindāṃ kuryāt taiśca na saṃvaset
Jadilah yang menyenangkan dan membawa kebaikan bagi semua makhluk, jangan berniat pada perbuatan yang mencelakakan orang lain. Jangan mencela Weda maupun para dewa, dan jangan bergaul dekat dengan para pencela itu.
